“I've been going to this place since moved to the area about a year ago. In the past they've always done a great job. However, today I went in and there was a new threader there. She was very young and wasn't as courteous as the other threaders usually are. She seemed vaguely bored and annoyed by everything, very teen angsty. I wouldn't have cared about her general attitude so much, but she did an absolutely terrible job on my eyebrows. They're totally uneven in shape and width, and neither one looks anything like the shape that I had them filled in (I always pencil in my brows beforehand so the threader can see the shape I want). She also left me with a bald spot on my inside left brow that will take months to grow in, but also missed/left a bunch of small hairs along the brown bone. This was hands down the worst experience I've had in ten years of threading. At first I panicked and left the store, but I went back later in the day to ask for a refund. She gave me a few canned apologies. I asked her if she thought she had done a good job, and she said "I didn't really look". She did give me the money for the service back (but kept the tip), so at least there's that. I'm devastated, both because my eyebrows are going to be messed up for months, and because I guess I have to find a new threading place now... So disappointed.”

“The eyebrow tech over threaded my eyebrow, it looks like half of my left eyebrow is missing in the middle. I have thin brows and light hair so I didnt notice until later..I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this has never happened. I am not really sure what I can do now but not happy for sure and will never come back here.”

“today in mothers day i visited with my daughter. we have been coming to the lincoln location for about 2 years now. I got my eyebrows threaded and you can clearly see that my right eyebrow was threaded too much and now my point ended WAY higher then the other side. the tech (i believe the owner) threaded too much. more clients walked in and i waited until she was done with them to ensure her customers didnt know she had just messed up my eyebrows. I showed her her mistake and she said "i only followed your pencil line" i stated i do not draw or pencil in my eyebrows at all, never have. she took a closer look to see if she could aay she didn't touch that part but she could tell she did and then told me. im sorry i messed up, i may have taken 1 or 2 extra hairs" i said no my eyebrow is 1/3rd missing thats more then two hairs. she said just use a pencil and draw it in. it will grow back. no offer to refund the service no offer for a free service next time nothing but "it will grow back im sorry." i told her fine I'll write a review and she said "i said sorry but okay write the review" im so upset. would a refund bring back my eyebrow? no. but it would have showed she actually felt bad and understood how terrible i felt. the cost of the service could have covered the eyebrow pencil i have to now go buy”
